This is an overview of what is in the free Cc0Pics Public Domain image collection.

Images provided by Cc0Pics are extremely different in style and quality because they are meant to be used for the widest possible array of applications.

Images by Cc0Pics can be used for artistic purposes, as part of a videogame or for scientific demonstration and as profile pictures on social media and background or in any other way possible.

Some photos seem lower quality and some are relatively professional and even fit in printable poster quality while some are just abstract even though there is some bias towards macro, landscape and sky images int he collection.

All images where made with a wide array of equipment including, smartphones and waterproof cameras as well as handheld lamps and decoration objects or reflective objects and improvised dirty filters.

Sometimes Reflections where introduced in the camera objective intentionally by tilting it relatively to the sun or shining a lamp in it while on other cases dirt is visible on the lens.

Digital filters which come with phone camera apps where also use din some photos which usually is pretty obvious and in some cases very subtle.

Most images where not edited in post production or have been cut while some do use strange aspect ratios because of the use of a panorama feature in some cameras.
